Refund Policy

We understand life happens!

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Less than 24-hour notice or missed sessions will be subjected to a full session charge and forfeiture of scheduled meeting. Unforeseen situations may be considered.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Cancellations can only be made for future months not current month even if services have not been rendered.

Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment platforms.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
