Welcome to NurseGenies, a health & wellness, mental support, and care navigation coaching service founded by Shay Griffin, RN, BSN.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between NurseGenies (“we,” “us,” “our”) and you (“Client,” “you,” “your”). By booking a session, program, or consultation with NurseGenies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Nature of Services

NurseGenies provides coaching, guidance, education, and support related to:

Health & wellness habits
Care navigation and healthcare system understanding
Mental and emotional well-being support
Lifestyle and stress management

Our services are not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or counseling. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider for medical advice or emergencies.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration and coaching sessions.
Use the advice and strategies provided responsibly and within your comfort level.
Consult a licensed medical professional for any physical or mental health concerns.
Refrain from recording, distributing, or sharing NurseGenies content or materials without written consent.

Session Policy

All sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and timely attendance.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to respect both parties’ schedules

No Guarantee of Results

While NurseGenies provides professional guidance, your results depend on your personal effort, consistency, and individual circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes but are committed to supporting your growth and well-being throughout your journey.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NurseGenies and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in coaching sessions or use of any information provided.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services at any time if a client engages in disrespectful, unsafe, or unethical behavior.

You may discontinue services at any time by providing written notice. Please note, refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and section 5 above.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Agreement

By booking or participating in any NurseGenies session, program, or service, you acknowledge that you:

Have read and understood these Terms of Service.
Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
Agree to the disclaimers, confidentiality policies, and terms outlined herein.
